AK has a permanent core staff of highly qualified individuals who manage all our projects and work directly on certain projects that require their express attention. In addition, AK has a substantial reserve of contract employees, who have extremely diverse areas of expertise, allowing us to provide staffing tailored to your changing needs. We can give you the people you need, when and where you need them. AK screens all potential employees before presenting resumes for a client’s consideration, thereby reducing recruiting costs; once placed, these workers remain employees of AK, relieving clients of staff-related burdens such as employee benefits, including health care, workers compensation, sick leave, payroll, and more.
